Q: How do I find the right ring size?

A: If you're unsure of your ring size, simply select Ring Sizer and we will post you a ring sizer when your order has been confirmed.

Q: How do I keep my silver wedding band from tarnishing before the wedding?

A: Silver can tarnish when stored in a box for a long period, so if you've bought your band ahead of your wedding day, a little extra care goes a long way. Store your band in an airtight zip-lock bag inside the box, and keep it somewhere cool and dry. For extra protection, pop an anti-tarnish strip in the bag. A quick buff with a soft polishing cloth before the wedding and it'll look perfect on the day.

Q: Can my ring be re-sized at a later date?

A: Our diamond set rings cannot be re-sized more than 1-2 sizes smaller or larger. Any ring that has diamonds placed around the entire piece cannot be easily re-sized so please reach out to our team to discuss further if you are unsure on your sizing.

Q: What is the difference between 9ct & 18ct gold?

A: The carat refers to the percentage of pure gold that is present in the alloy — 9ct is 37.5% and 18ct is 75% pure gold. The different alloy mixes will affect the colour & durability of the piece. We recommend choosing the same metal composition as your engagement ring for a seamless pairing.
