Q. What is silver-filled?
A. Silver-filled is a process that fuses a thick layer of solid gold over a sterling silver core. The gold outer layer is up to three-hundred times thicker than standard gold plating, creating a high-quality piece that is durable, tarnish-resistant, and able to be polished, resized or repaired—just like solid gold.
