For stones up to 2mm, we are often able to swap the stone for you at no additional cost. Stone swap options include all birthstones and a variety of lab-grown diamonds. Please note this service is only available on new orders and cannot be added retrospectively.

Adding a customisation can add up to 4 weeks to your order as we made need to order the stone in especially for you. You may want to consider adding our priority service if you require your piece by a certain date.

    Your Kate & Kole piece is created from recycled gold and carefully finished by hand in our Newcastle studio.

    We offer free secure shipping on all of our pieces including a fully insured, hand-to-hand courier service for all pieces over $2000. For finer details on our process please read more.
